Contact us to obtain a copy of your policy document.

Good things to have for a claim:

  • P H O T O S
  • Contact information from any witnesses
  • A written log of any communications regarding the claim
  • P H O T O S
  • An estimate from a licensed professional for the cost to repair
  • A copy of your policy document, or at least your declarations page ("Dec Page", the page in the poilicy with all the numbers on it)
  • Pictures never hurt.
